CAPACITY
Depending on your needs and general set-up, our theater accommodates approximately 150 people for a seated dinner with room for a dance floor area, or 200 people for a standing reception. Our Upper Gallery accommodates 40-50 people seated and our Lower Gallery accommodates 30-40 people seated.

RENTAL PACKAGES
Rental packages include use of our venue only. For rental of chairs/tables, please see Additional Rental Items. Items such as linens, dishware, cocktail tables and decorations or flowers must be organized through an outside vendor as we do not provide these services.
PRIVATE or CORPORATE FUNCTIONS

Weekend Rental Fee: $3500 (Friday-Sunday)
Weekday Rental Fee: $1800
(Monday-Thursday)
Eight (8) Hour Minimum
Additional hours at $100/hr.
Rental package includes two hours of set-up time and one hour for clean-up of the facility.
Rental includes use of Theater, Upper Gallery, Lower Gallery, kitchen, green room, Centanni Hallway, and Centanni Courtyard ($50 permit fee required), and two Second Floor Studios with private restrooms.

NON-PROFIT FUNCTIONS
Rental Fee: $1400
Eight (8) Hour Minimum

Additional hours at $100/hr.
Certified not-for-profit organizations are eligible for this rental package.

Package includes use of Theater, Upper Gallery, Lower Gallery, kitchen, green room, Centanni Hallway, and Centanni Courtyard ($50 permit fee required).

DEPOSITS + FEES

A down payment of 50% of the rental fee plus a security deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required to secure the rental date(s). Example: For a Weekend Private Rental, the amount necessary to reserve the date is $2625.

The balance of the rental fee is due two (2) weeks prior to the event. A rental agreement will be processed upon receipt of a down payment.
The security deposit is refunded within two (2) weeks following the event providing that there is no damage to the facility and/or equipment and that the terms of the contract have been upheld.

The security deposit is forfeited if the client cancels the event. A $50 rescheduling fee is charged if the client changes the date less than six (6) weeks in advance of the event.
