SOUND and LIGHTING:

your event.
Basic sound
and lighting is included with theater rental.
If you decide to go beyond the lighting basic house plot, you will be
billed at the rate of $50 per hour for lighting design.
If it is determined
that you will require specific dedicated audio assistance for the event,
you will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour for a sound engineer.
RESTRICTIONS:
* No lit candles and helium balloons.
* No storage of propane tanks.
* We no longer allows rental clients to use caterers who are not on our
Approved caterer's list
.
Special arrangements can be made for religious and cultural restrictions
not fulfilled by our approved list. All special catering arrangements
must be approved in advance by Amanda Tricomi, Art Director, amanda[at]cmacusa.org.
