RESTRICTIONS:
* No lit candles and helium balloons.
* No storage of propane tanks.
* Weekend rate applies to all Fridays and Mondays of holiday weekends.
* CMAC no longer allows rental clients to use caterers who are not on CMAC's Approved caterer's list . Special arrangements can be made for religious and cultural restrictions not fulfilled by our approved list. All special catering arrangements must be approved in advance by Amanda Tricomi, Program Assistant,
amanda[at]cmacusa.org.


RENTAL FEE and DEPOSITS:
A down payment of 50% of the rental fee and a security deposit is required to secure the rental date(s).

The balance of the rental fee and any additional charges is due two (2) weeks prior to the event. A rental agreement will be processed upon receipt of a down payment.

A security deposit of $688 for a private rental or $200 for a non-profit rental is due with the rental deposit. The security deposit is refunded within two (2) weeks following the event providing that there is no damage to the facility and/or equipment and that the terms of the contract have been upheld.

The security deposit is forfeited if the client cancels the event. A $50 rescheduling fee is charged if the client changes the date less than six (6) weeks in advance of the event.
