ITEMS AND SERVICES INCLUDED WITH RENTAL OF THEATER:
One (1) CMAC Production Staff member, basic lighting design, basic sound (CD and up to 5 mics), metal music stands, free WiFi

 


ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS:

Baby Grand Piano: $150 (includes tuning)

Additional microphones & sound equipment: Provided at no charge for Private Rentals

Roscoe stage (modular 2” high w/ optional marley surface): $400

24" Square tables: $6 per table

Six (6) 72" rectangle (6 foot tables): $8 per table

Sixteen (16) 60" rounds: $8 per table

Two 96" rectangle (8 foot tables): $8 per table

175 black stacking chairs: $2 per chair

Security: $33/hour on Saturdays/Sundays (rate is included in Private Rental Package)

Projection Screen (15'x20'): $150, includes installation & strike

TV/DVD: $50 per event

One (1) InFocus IN24+ video projector: $150 per event

Bi-fold partitions: $50 per event

Box Office Ticket Sales service: $2 charge per ticket sold via Mult. Arts box office/online.

 
 
 

SOUND and LIGHTING:
Please discuss your needs with Jeff Robinson (617-577-1400 x13) four (4) weeks prior to your event, so we can determine what is required for your event.
Basic sound and lighting is included with theater rental.
If you decide to go beyond the lighting basic house plot, you will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour for lighting design.

If it is determined that you will require specific dedicated audio assistance for the event, you will be billed at the rate of $50 per hour for a sound engineer.

RESTRICTIONS:
* No lit candles and helium balloons.
* No storage of propane tanks.
* We no longer allows rental clients to use caterers who are not on our Approved caterer's list .
Special arrangements can be made for religious and cultural restrictions not fulfilled by our approved list. All special catering arrangements must be approved in advance by Amanda Tricomi, Art Director, amanda[at]cmacusa.org.
